    Your responsibilities

    • Provide quality assurance expertise/guidance for computerized system validation, change control, testing, deviation management, and associated activities that will ensure compliance to regulatory and company policies and procedures
    • QA main point interface and contact partner between the IT, business functions and the QA organization for quality related topics with regard to CSV
    • Ensure computerized systems comply with all applicable GxP regulatory and customer’s requirements throughout the life cycle for the systems
    • Review/audit and/or approve the key validation documents for computerized systems
    • Support e-Compliance / QA related internal training programs
    • Support internal and external audit programs & support regulatory inspections and responses to observations
    • Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation planning for computerized systems
    • Ensure that a quality risk management approach is established on projects and is understood and managed by all stakeholders throughout the project / system life cycle

    Your profile

    • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Technical/Life Science, enhanced by international work / study experience in an area relevant to eCompliance, Quality Assurance and Project Management
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the regulated Pharmaceutical Industry (e.g. in Quality Assurance), IT departments, Quality Management Departments or equivalent Consultant positions with excellent knowledge of computerized system validation aspects
    • Deep expertise in US FDA cGxP regulations, EU-GMP-Guide Annex 11 and US FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements & strong background with Quality Management and Computerized Systems Validation aspects of application implementations and operations (e.g. ERP/SAP, DMS, LIMS) in the regulated Pharmaceutical Industry.
    • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-management, being able to proactively find solutions to problems and knowing when to appropriately escalate issues.
    • Self-confident and assertive with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, well able to manage all types of stakeholders and situations.

    • Lead and advise on quality activities (from initiation to completion on IT Projects) within the pharma / life sciences sector
    • Creation and/or review and management of the designated validation deliverables such as System Risk Assessments, Validation/Qualification Plan and respective reports
    • Apply the specifications of the customer’s Quality Systems and Standards to ensure that the quality of processes and deliverables of both projects and services meet their specified corporate and regulatory requirements
    • Ensure computerized systems comply with all applicable GxP regulatory and customer’s requirements throughout the life cycle for the systems
    • Liase with a wide range of Subject Matter Experts, including QA, Security, Data Privacy, Legal, and others to ensure high quality delivery

    Your profile

    Job Description

    Qubida’s Solutions Architects function as Hadoop Team leads at our client locations for short term engagements and do everything from getting the product up and running to training and hiring a team to support our product.

    You will be working on both pre-sales client engagements, as well as post-sales integrations. You should be very comfortable functioning in both capacities!

    Solutions Architects are responsible for designing and architecting solutions with our customers for scoping a new engagement and implementation both short and long term, guiding the team during Qubida product implementations, help resolve technical issues, and advise the customer on best practices for big data, Hadoop environments and Qubida. You will also be responsible for successful installations of the product, configuration, tuning, performance and assisting the customer with capacity planning for their environment to scale. Critically, you will help with expansion of Qubida at customers by identifying new use cases and helping the customer evangelize Qubida inside the company. You will also mentor and onboard new team members and will have overarching responsibility for customer success in the Qubida customer accounts.
